Contact 1 Inc. offers one of the most favorable Temp-to-Hire plans in the DC area.  We offer a 480 hour, no fee option to all of our clients.  This can save you thousands of dollars with each and every full-time placement.

We also save you time and money by handling all of the time consuming and extensive work that is involved in the employee recruiting process.   We find our candidates through referrals, our existing database of candidate resumes, job boards and other networking methods.

Our candidate evaluation process involves 6 steps before a candidate is ever presented to you.

  1. Resume Review – fewer than 10% of the resumes we review are contacted for a phone screen.
  2. Phone Interview – an initial call to assess the candidate’s communication skills and background before scheduling an in-person interview.
  3. Computer Evaluations – we test for typing, MSOffice and basic office skills.
  4. In-person Interview – a detailed meeting to discuss the candidate’s background and what types of jobs/work environments will be the best fit.
  5. References – calls are made to past employers to confirm skills and ability to perform jobs.
  6. Background Check – if required by the individual employer.

All of these steps ensure that we are able to present qualified candidates to you each and every time.

The foundation of our success is our integrity and our respect for our employees, clients, candidates, and each other. We match companies and candidates to help build both businesses and careers. We look forward to assisting you in your next step.
